In line with government advice, I have suspended all face to face sessions but you can still get in touch to arrange an online consultation. The initial consultation is free and without obligation.
Although we are all working out how to find a new routine and way of life during this difficult time, we may also still be struggling with various aspects of ourselves.
Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, relationships with others play a very important role in how we are able to manage life, whether that be with a positive, healthy mental attitude or perhaps one that is negative and unfulfilling.
It helps to talk!
I can't meet with you face to face, however I can be there for you online with whatever may be troubling you.
You have the choice as to whether you would like to do this via Skype, Zoom or phone.
What is Skype Counselling?
The process of online therapy works the same face to face counselling. You can arrange to work with me, often at the same time each week but instead of meeting face to face, we will talk over a computer or phone screen.
Counselling over the internet isn’t new and has even been heavily researched as to its effectiveness. Originally done via emails and online programs, chat software and video conferencing became the logical next step.
Skype Counselling vs Face to FaceTherapy
There are several benefits to Skype therapy
you don’t have to travel to see me
you can access therapy from any location
access is easy even if you suffer a disability or injury
I will listen and respond to you carefully, reliably, and without prejudice to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and way of life.
